a good stay!
amazing startcentral locationdecent breakfastfriendly staff
this hostel was an amazing start. i really enjoyed the location as it is close to the center. metro stations are only a few meters away. i found the breakfast very decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms had comfortable beds with privacy curtains, a lovely surprise.
the absence of toiletries in the room felt a bit basic, and i noticed there was no hot water available, a slight inconvenience.

the reception staff provided excellent customer service, offering assistance and information with a smile, and their english skills are really good ensuring clear communication and a smooth check-in process for all guests. they were attentive and responsive to all requests.

the room was clean and spacious, offering privacy with curtains on each bed creating a sense of personal space, and the separation of the toilet and shower ensured hygiene. the sink inside the room was convenient for quick washing.

the location is great , a few minutes walk puts you right by major attractions. the facilities are new and very clean.
the climate control was not great , and i could not get fresh air into the room. the air conditioning only blew hot air.
